Dental Holding expands into Croatia with Sanitaria and SCL Logistika

Sanitaria Croatia serves approximately 3,500 dental clinics and 1,500 laboratories. SCL Logistika connects customers across Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bringing both companies into Dental Holding created something larger than a new country operation: a commercial and logistics platform with immediate regional reach.

Two complementary capabilities, one stronger platform

The acquisitions announced in May 2025 brought together a leading Croatian dental distributor and a specialized fulfillment company serving the dental and medical industries. Both are based in Zagreb, but their combined relevance extends well beyond Croatia.
